The place deserved 4 stars. The room was well-appointed and reasonably large with lovely view, Delicious breakfast, for instance, had the best night sleep. The hotel has magnificent and perfect location not far from town centre as well as a quiet area. A cool bonus was The Rhododendron Cafe, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

We got amazing value for our money at Villa Tournesol! The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful details like a music facility in the room and even in the bathroom. The bed was huge and super comfortable, and the shower was brilliant. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The location was great, easy walking distance to the town center. But what really made our stay special was the wonderful hosts, Michel and Isabel. They were so friendly and welcoming, and they served us an exceptional breakfast with locally sourced and homemade treats. They even had their own special jam for sale, which we loved and are still enjoying at home. Plus, Michel is an amazing guitar player, so make sure to ask him to play some music for you!
The breakfast offerings, although delicious, could have had a bit more variety.

The room on the second floor of Villa Tournesol is simply beautiful and cozy! It made me feel like I was in my own little haven. Every corner exuded warmth and comfort, and it truly felt like a home away from home.
The only thing I didn't fancy much was the bathroom, which had a bath or shower option. But that's just me!

We stayed at Villa Tournesol for a couple of nights during our cycling holiday. Michel and Isabelle were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to bring our bikes inside. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a separate bathroom on the same floor. The bed was huge and super comfortable, and the shower was brilliant. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of locally sourced and homemade options. The house itself has been lovingly restored and is absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast room offers a light and inviting space. Michel is also a fantastic guitar player!
Would recommend this hotel.
